One month to go!
One month today, a truly international field of runners and support staff will be joining our boat to sail to base camp for the start of the 2012 edition of jungle marathon.And, as they sail through the night to Prainha, one solitary runner, Marcio Villar from Rio de Janeiro, will be running to join them.
Marcio is doing a double jungle marathon this year, and will start the first half of his race at our finish line Maracana on September 29th. He will arrive at Prainha at the same time as the runners,and then have two days in base camp before running back again.

UVU Jungle Marathon Vietnam
Jungle Marathon are thrilled to announce the launch of the second race in their Jungle Series- UVU Jungle Marathon Vietnam.This exciting race, currently only open to veterans of UVU Jungle Marathon Brazil, will be held from May 31st to June 9th 2013.
Full details will be on our new website, launching mid August 2012.
